Led by Matthew Barter a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), he has over 30 years extensive experience in the residential sector, assisting homeowners and developers, achieve their goals, be it a modest extension, or complete new build.

He has worked for a multitude of private and public clients, providing clear, concise and practical advice, saving the customer time and money, ensuring a successful project outcome.

Matthew is fully insured and is supported by a range of specialists providing specific advice, such as planning, cost control and structural engineering, on a project by project basis.

He also has an in house Computer Aided Design (CAD) service, enabling them to provide detailed drawings, and respond to changes, quickly and efficiently.
